Aviation software for fleet health, maintenance and MRO

Trakshym builds aviation software for airlines, MRO providers, charter operators and other aircraft operators: fleet health monitoring on engine telemetry and ACARS data, predictive maintenance models, automated work orders, MRO shop management and parts demand forecasting. Our engineers in India work remotely with aviation teams worldwide, building to the documentation rules their authorities set.

[01] Overview

What do we build for Aviation teams?

Aviation maintenance still leans on fixed-interval schedules that either cost aircraft availability or miss failures no interval predicts. We connect aircraft telemetry, ACARS messages, engine health monitoring data, maintenance records and crew reports into one operational layer, so maintenance engineers can watch fleet health, act on anomalies before they become aircraft-on-ground events and keep maintenance records current.

  • 01

    Fleet health monitoring

Engine, airframe and avionics indicators per tail, system and component, from engine health monitoring data, ACARS messages and QAR parameters.

  • 02

    Predictive maintenance

Anomaly detection and prognostic models that combine sensor signals, fault codes and history to plan work before a failure grounds the aircraft.

  • 03

    MRO and work orders

Work orders raised from alerts, task due dates, pilot reports and findings, then tracked through technician assignment, parts issue and sign-off.

  • 04

    Parts demand forecasting

Parts demand predicted from fleet age, health signals and upcoming maintenance, so spares are in place before an aircraft-on-ground event.

Which Aviation problems do we solve?

Each row pairs a problem we see in aviation operations with the software we build to fix it.

Aviation challenges and how Trakshym solves them
ChallengeWhat we seeHow we solve it
Fixed-interval maintenanceFixed schedules are either too conservative, costing aircraft availability, or miss condition-specific failures that no interval predicts.Condition-based maintenance: Anomaly detection and prognostic models on engine and system telemetry flag developing failures so work is planned before an AOG event.
Scattered fleet dataTelemetry, ACARS messages, engine health data, maintenance records and crew reports sit in separate systems. One fleet health view: Telemetry, ACARS, engine health monitoring data and maintenance records joined per tail, system and component.
Manual work-order planningPlanners raise and prioritize work orders by hand from alerts, task due dates, pilot reports and inspection findings.Automated work orders: Work orders generated, prioritized and assigned from alerts and due dates, then tracked through parts issue and sign-off.
Audit preparation effortMaintenance records, airworthiness directive status and component life data are compiled by hand before audits.Records kept as work happens: Maintenance records, directive tracking and component life data updated from operational data and exportable for audits.
[04] Questions

What do Aviation teams ask before starting?

Which aircraft data sources can you work with?

Typical sources are engine health monitoring data, ACARS messages, QAR and FDR parameters, avionics fault messages, maintenance records and pilot reports. The exact set depends on the fleet, the data agreements with OEMs and what the operator already collects. We map sources and access rights during planning.

How do you handle data captured while the aircraft is offline?

Data recorded in flight or on the ground without connectivity is buffered and replayed in order once a link is available, so the maintenance record has no gaps. The platform marks which readings arrived late, so engineers know how fresh each indicator is.

Does the software replace our maintenance information system?

Not necessarily. Many operators keep their maintenance information system as the system of record and add monitoring, prediction and work-order automation around it. We integrate through its interfaces and agree which system owns each record before building.

Can it support FAA and EASA record-keeping?

We build to the record-keeping requirements the operator's authority sets, such as traceable sign-offs, airworthiness directive tracking and component life records. The operator's quality and compliance team defines and approves those requirements; the software keeps the records consistent and exportable.

Do you build for MRO providers as well as airlines?

Yes. For MRO organizations we build shop workload planning, technician qualification tracking, hangar scheduling, parts availability and customer communication, including workflows for several operator customers with different maintenance programs.
